Approach
Combined LangGraph orchestration, hybrid retrieval, memory, tool use, and guardrails so the assistant could reason through support tasks with grounded evidence.
Outcome
Produced a full-stack support prototype with strong task completion, grounded response quality, and indexed domain knowledge.
